This organ of State has appealed before the Administrative Tribunal (ACT) asking that logging is reactivated. The TCA stopped the works to clarify these processes and the Office is taking the ruling of the Constitutional Court as a basis to say that this is of national interest, defending the interests of the state, which as we know, are anything but environmental.
